Bleach Rebirth of Souls and Killing Floor 3 end today on Xbox, no Game Pass

Two free Xbox games end tonight, Firefighting Simulator leaves Steam at 1pm PT, and Monday clears out the rest. Halo Campaign Evolved hits Game Pass Tuesday.

Xbox Free Play Days: Bleach and Killing Floor 3 end today, no Game Pass needed

The official Xbox Wire Free Play Days post confirms two games free for ALL Xbox members with no Game Pass end today, Sunday, July 26: Bleach Rebirth of Souls (Bandai Namco anime fighter, Metacritic 71 Mixed, $59.99 down to $23.99) and Killing Floor 3 (Tripwire co-op horror FPS, Metacritic 68 Mixed, Steam Mixed 48%, $39.99 down to $19.99). For Honor (Ubisoft 2017 melee, Metacritic 78) stays free for all Xbox members through Tuesday, August 4.

On the Game Pass side, Tides of Tomorrow ($29.99 down to $22.49, 4/5 TheXboxHub) also ends today. Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Version ($19.99 down to $9.99, Steam 83% Very Positive) gets a bonus day through Monday, July 27.

Steam: Firefighting Simulator leaves early today, full weekend ends tomorrow

Steam's six-game free weekend (free to play, not keep) wraps Monday, July 27 at 10am PT (1pm ET). Firefighting Simulator: Ignite (80% Very Positive, $34.99 down to $20.99 at 40% off) departs early, today Sunday July 26 at 1pm PT (3pm CT). The other five run through Monday: Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Version (83% Very Positive, $9.99 at 50% off), Unrailed 2: Back on Track (88% Very Positive, $11.99 at 40% off), Icarus (76% Mostly Positive, $6.99 at 80% off, discount runs through July 30), Killing Floor 3 (Mixed 48%, $19.99 at 50% off), and Wild Assault (Mixed 68%, $6.74 at 55% off).

Together After Dark (Epic, $2.99, Mixed ~56% Steam) is free to keep through Monday, July 27. The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu Lost Explorers' Swords Pack DLC (Steam, $4.99 cosmetic, requires the $29.99 base game) is free through Wednesday, July 29.

Coming Tuesday: Halo Campaign Evolved and PS Plus's second wave

Halo: Campaign Evolved (Halo Studios' ground-up remake of Combat Evolved, 4-player online co-op, 3 new missions, no multiplayer) hits Game Pass day-one Tuesday, July 28 (Ultimate, PC Game Pass). Premium Edition early access has been live since July 23.

PS Plus Extra/Premium's second July wave lands the same day for US, UK, and Japan subscribers: Dying Light (OpenCritic 74), Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (OpenCritic 87), Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind, and Snow Bros. Wonderland.

Looking ahead: Mistfall Hunter (day-one dark-fantasy extraction ARPG) joins Game Pass and Prime Gaming drops its final July batch (Zoria: Age of Shattering, Weakless) on Thursday, July 30.
